Tanyl ME is a pure condensed tannin extracted from cherry wood, recognized for its aromatic profile. This tannin is produced according to particular and rigorous methods, making it possible to extract a high percentage of the best tannins which give it a large number of properties and oenological qualities. It is particularly recommended for aging red wines.
